The distinct flavors from each barrel are then expertly blended, at Cutler’s Artisan Distillery in Santa Barbara, California. With an end result being a very smooth whiskey with balanced sweet notes of honey, smoke, caramel, vanilla as well as spice, with a dry finish, I do like the fact that this is a higher proof (86 Proof) whiskey, you would not know it, yet when I wrote this I looked and was impressed once again at how smooth it is, Cheers!
