Yes Way Rosé! 2016 Summer Water Rosé Wine Review

2016 Summer Water Rosé Wine Review

Yes Way Rosé

I like it then I tasted it and I LOVE it!

Summer Water Rosé is a dry rosé that reflects the pink-tinted dream world of many.
The wine is perfectly crisp lighthearted, and destined for a good time.
Drink chilled with the ones you love, is what they say on the back label.

Summer Water is more than the rosé of the season, it’s a state
of mind – every drop full of pink-tinted possibility. This dry
rosé reflects the pale pink dream world of our partners, Yes
Way Rosé. It’s perfectly crisp, lighthearted and destined for
a good time. The grapes for this Central Coast Grenache and
Syrah blend were sourced primarily from cool climate areas
like Monterey and Santa Barbara County, and were picked at
21-23 brix for a high natural acidity that makes the wine ideal
for summer drinking. To ensure as little extraction from the skins
as possible, we used the direct press method, retaining the
delicate fruit aromas and pale color rosé is known for. The final
blend is a composition of many small fermentations, each treated
individually with care; the result is a lean and refreshing rosé with
notes of strawberry, pink grapefruit and white peach.

Central Coast Napa Valley

12.3% Alc. by Vol.

Screaming Eagle 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Review

Screaming Eagle 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Average $2,500 ($1,900 to $7,495)

Opening up a bottle of Screaming Eagle 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is always a great night. The ratings are always consistently high yet if I were rating this wine tonight it would be 100%, my research shows drink within the next 10 years, why wait. Tasting notes from everyone tonight, delicious, amazingly complex and purely textured, this wine is structured perfectly with silky tannin, spice, fruit, bright, hints of smoke, licorice, perfectly balanced, finesse, refined, intense, full bodied and very approachable. Outstanding with the main course, steak and garden vegetables, a perfect pairing at an outdoor setting area next to the fire.

Screaming Eagle, the most asked question is always about taste, quality, price, and do they all measure up? I have a one word answer, “perfection”.
