The Stick, A toothbrush for your muscles! The Stick is a simple product that keeps muscles relaxed during rollout. Construction is simple a flexible stick, with rollers in between two grips at each end. You can use it directly on the skin on through light clothing. It is waterproof and designed to bow without fear of breaking. I now use it before, sometimes during and after my workouts (who am I kidding I use it when I watch TV, on the phone…).
